Part of the majority vote that stripped away reproductive rights.
Samuel Langholz: Do Not Retain
Federalist Society Judge.
Constitutional Amendments
Amendment 1: "Only a citizen ... shall be entitled to vote"
Vote No.
This amendment changes the language from setting the minimum of who can vote (currently, "every citizen") to setting a maximum ("only citizens"), enabling future restrictions of voting rights.

Amendment 2: "Lieutenant governor"
Vote No.
This amendment enables the governor to effectively appoint their replacement without oversight.
